Wholesale Bulk Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix - Premix

Just 1 kg of Premix makes a beer box cake or 2 normal cake tins.

EASY RECIPE:

You need:

• 500g Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix
• 250ml/ 5 eggs
• 175ml water

1. Beat eggs and water together, add dry ingredients and beat till well mixed.
2. Bake at 190ºC for 35 – 40 minutes depending on the size of the sponge.

Decorate with icing, butter icing, fondant or one of the other toppings we have for sale online.
