1kg of Muffin Premix - Makes 20-24 Muffins so 5kg makes 100 - 120 Muffins.

EASY RECIPE:

You Need: 

• 1kg muffin premix
• 250ml sunflower oil
• 200 ml water
• 6 x large eggs

1. Beat eggs and water together, add 1kg muffin mix and beat for 3 mins.
2. Add oil slowly while beating for a further minute.
3. Bake at 160 Degrees for 20-25 mins or until done.
